The outreach team is dedicated to spreading the gospel by distributing specially designed bags filled with uplifting materials. Daily efforts will continue until May 15 or until all 40,000 gospel bags have been distributed to those in need. Additionally, the team will assemble 20,000 door hanger bags, ensuring that the message reaches even more households during this critical outreach initiative. Each member plays a vital role in this mission, working together to create impactful connections within the community. Through their commitment and passion, the outreach team strives to inspire hope and faith, making a lasting impact in the lives of many.

On the morning of May 12, the tent setup crew will be arriving early to ensure a smooth installation of the large tent for the upcoming event. Their primary responsibilities will include assembling the tent framework, securing it to the ground, and making sure it is stable and safe for attendees. Attention to detail will be crucial as they will also need to check for any weather-related precautions and ensure that the tent is appropriately weighted and anchored. This coordinated effort will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, enabling a seamless experience as they arrive at the event. With the proper setup, the tent will not only provide shelter but also enhance the overall ambiance, making the occasion memorable for everyone involved.

Together, the registration team and the transportation coordinator work diligently to enhance the overall experience, making sure that attendees feel supported and valued from the moment they arrive.

Once the event concludes, the cleanup crew will play a vital role in restoring the grounds and facilities to their original state, ensuring that the area is tidy and welcoming for future use. Additionally, the breakdown crew will be responsible for dismantling the tent and carefully packing up all equipment and materials, making sure nothing is left behind. Together, these teams will contribute to the seamless execution and post-event closure, highlighting the importance of collaboration and organization in event management.

Furthermore, specific job role training will ensure that each volunteer understands their responsibilities, empowering them to feel confident and prepared in their roles.
